The staff was wonderful and welcoming especially after I booked at the last minute after terrible experience at another chain in Providence. The room was immaculate and comfortable added bonus of beer on tap in the lobby was a nice surprise. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and just 11 minutes from Providence
