"We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia."

"The staff was cooperative. Food was good. But that is not enough. It appears that an old hotel is undergoing refurbishment. Have to ask for everything like water, towel, bath-kit, toilet roll. Washbasin drainage needs repair. The fan regulator needs repair. Have to use online apps for auto/cabs, no other options. No lift, though my room was on ground floor, but a temporary dine-in option is on terrace. "

Everyone we encountered was courteous, warm, and genuinely friendly, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room was impeccably clean, with both the bedroom and bathroom being serviced and tidied twice a day to a very high standard. A special mention goes to Ranjan, who checked in with us daily to ensure we had everything we needed and provided excellent, thoughtful service. We would also like to thank the restaurant staff at K3, who were consistently attentive and professional. In particular, Chandra went the extra mile to accommodate our requirements, helping us with food choices and drinks, and ensuring every meal was an enjoyable experience.
