Taj City Centre Gurugram
Initially a disaster. Then they moved me to a new room on a new floor. Better. Property seems more worn down than Taj Bengaluru airport property. It’s seems that the latter is better managed. Bathroom towels seemed clumped and smelly. Could use a fabric softener and drier dried can help.

Trident, Gurgaon
Had a fantastic stay at the Trident - the hotel is stunning and maintained very well. The staff went out of their way to make my stay an enjoyable one, especially Anshu. Will definitely visit again.
