"The room conditions were below acceptable standards. There were numerous mosquitoes, which made it very difficult to rest comfortably. Surprisingly, there was no mirror in the bedroom, which is a basic amenity one would expect at this price point. Additionally, there were issues with the as some lights would not turn off properly, which was both inconvenient and frustrating during the night. The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were polite and helpful throughout. Overall, this experience did not justify the price paid."

"The concept of faceless check-in is good but the property is not very well maintained. Cleanliness could be much better and in spite of requesting for the room to be cleaned the second day it wasn’t when I came back late evening. Suitable for those where privacy trumps all other considerations. "

"The hotel did not have my booking. I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 and they did not give me the room in spite of showing them the confirmation from Expedia. They refused to give me the room and asked me to make fresh payment. After a lot of arguments, they allowed me to check in and gave me a room at 12.30 am. A pretty bad experience. In the room, the bathroom had no hand towel, no floor mat. Cleanliness was 6/10. "
