"Wow! What a disappointment. I'm not a travel snob demanding 5* treatment at a budget hotel. I booked the Ginger Fariidabad with relatively low expectations but even as a seasoned traveller in India they exceeded all my expectations (in a bad way). Issues started when the airport transfer booked with them didnt show up. I called from the airport after waiting an hour to be told they hadn't arranged it afterall. What a shame, i got to know their trqnsport driver during my stay and he was...

"Overall it was a good stay. The hotel seems to have not been maintained lately. The brand need to revive itself. "

"Reservation desk assured one meal was included in tariff, we had to pay for all the meals. The location of the hotel is very inconvenient. Reservation desk did not warn us that Manesar was really far from Gurgaon and there were no means of transport. Breakfast buffet timings were not shared, we missed breakfast, no hot water in the hotel, unclean room, non smoking room given as smoking room, poor customer service and very poor customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone"
