We have stayed here at the Driftwood now Sechelt Inn several times and have always been happy. The location is wonderful and the staff are pleasant. We noticed they had done some renovations which is great but the floorboards in our room were sticking up all over the place and the room smelled like a used life jacket. Also the heat/ac unit is extremely loud and the bed was not comfortable at all. But as far as motels are concerned it’s a very nice option especially if you have a pet.

Access to the ocean was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The attached restaturant was a little pricey; however the food was outstanding and the service top flight. One small shortcoming was the size of the pillows (a litle small). All in all, an outstanding experience

Beautiful property with water front views we got to see orcas swimming near shore, the location was near shopping areas and a beautiful walking area! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room had a kitchenette and a patio dining spot.

The staff were amazing. The location was great for having kids and a short walk to the ocean. The room wasn’t the cleanest, little out dated. Lamps didn’t really work. The staff make up for this and it looks like they are renovating the hotel so could be upgraded sooner then later.
