I PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING APPLIANCES; FRIDGE, STOVE/OVEN, ELECTRIC FIREPLACE, ICE MAKER, KEURIG COFFEE MAKER WITH/ ENOUGH PODS TO GET YOU GOING, BARBECUE, PROPANE GENERATOR W/ REMOTE START<5 HRS HEAVY USE> , HEAT/ A/C IS FORCED AIR (EXCLUDING THE TOY HAULER), SO EVEN THE BACK BEDROOM WILL BE SOMEWHAT HEATED/COOLED. KITCHEN, 3/4 BATHROOM, DINING SET TURNS INTO A SMALL BED, DAYBED FOR RELAXING AND THE TOY HAULER IS A FLEX SPACE AND HAS 2 TWIN BEDS. THE UPPER BUNK HAS A MANDATORY WEIGHT LIMIT UNDER 100 LBS.
