We stayed in a two room suite with two queen beds. It was ample room for our family of five. So nice to have a full kitchen and a door between the rooms if some wanted to go to bed early. It would’ve been nice to have some housekeeping during our stay but when we needed fresh towels or extra pillows they were quick to take care of our needs. Overall, a really nice hotel and I would definitely recommend staying there.

Our room was disgusting. The sofa bed had stains all over it. When we pulled it out to sleep it was broken and would not fold out and then would not go back in. The sink would not drain, a piece of the shower broke off in my hand, the carpet was filthy and sticky. We will not stay here ever again. The only positive thing was they did return our money for the room.

All was good except i wasn’t told that there was a fee for parking. I asked about parking and they gave me pass but didn’t mention there would be a cost. When I found the charge on my credit card.. it took time to research and contact the hotel to determine the cost and while it was explained.. there was no accountability or alokogy for not notifying me of this charge in advance. There is also ample parking at this venue so I’m unsure why a parking fee is necessary.

My family and I appreciate Leilani’s excellent, helpful and joyful demeanor and genuine care shown to us and to every person that I witnessed while sitting in the lobby. The hotel is old and dirty, but the location is good. The service is not very good. Because they can't make a mattress and a sofa bed. And the waiter didn't know what ketchup was.

This property looks nice on the outside and in the lobby but the rooms need attention and a DEEP CLEAN. We complained right away that all of the doorhandles and lightswitches were covered in sticky fingerprints. The back of the main door looked like it had been splashed with pop. They did come and clean it. The room had a broken light switch and a chunk of carpet was missing. Dust and fingerprints everywhere. The room had alao not been vacuumed.

We have been coming to this hotel over the last 10 years. It has become more rundown, dirty and less and less amenities are offered. I think our time coming to this hotel for our stay will be coming to an end.

Spacious suites with great amenities. Walkable shopping nearby, staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. My family enjoyed the pool, fitness room and game room. The only thing I cut a star from was cleanliness due to the fact that someone else’s used towel was hanging behind the bathroom door, forgotten to be removed by housekeeping.
