"On arrival in Cape Town after a long road trip from Port Elizabeth, we were greeted with a rather unfriendly comment about not being rugby fans as we arrived during the last five minutes of a rugby game. Our booking stated that our reservation was 'bed and breakfast'. During the course of the first morning, after we already had breakfast, the owner came to our room stating that our reservation did not include breakfast upon which we referred her to our booking confirmation. Only wish the staff would advise noisy patrons to be cognisant of others by not making noise in the early hours of the morning when some of us are still resting (I struggle to sleep as is). Nothing as annoying as people screaming or talking loud or children crying non-stop at 3am or 4am in the morning. It's unacceptable!"
