"Clean room. Friendly staff. Master/king bed was hard, and the other room's full bed was "springy"-could feel the springs. However, they were replacing all mattresses in our complex when we left the next morning. A/C in master bedroom was not working right. Fan switch on wall didn't work unless the overhead light remained on. We knew how to operate it, because we were successful with the same switch in the living room; so the master bedroom switch had something wrong with it. It was a warm night. Windows in the master bedroom and living room were open and would not close, so hearing the airplanes at the nearby airport in the morning before getting up was quite loud (plus the construction workers outside). The remodel of the room is quite nice, but a tile fell off the baseboard in the kitchen, and some of the outlet and fire sprinkler cutouts were not done well. We still like the Hilton and will continue coming."

"The staff is terrific - friendly yet professional. The property is clean, safe, beds are super comfy. Air conditioner is noisy though. Breakfast is delicious, but skip the salads at the Azul restaurant. Would definitely stay again. "
