"Overall, the stay was good. Couldn’t fault the staff - welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was very basic and tired. Needs an update. Again, the staff were lovely. "
"Lovely area - Harlow Park. The property has a beautiful well- kept garden. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the house was homely. Food and drink available to buy and prepare on site in the well- eqipped kitchen. Books and board games galore. "

"At first the property looked nice. But double bedroom smelt as you walked in the door. Getting into bed the smell of urine in bed wasn't very nice. The oven smoked quite bad when in use. The microwave inside was quite rusty so never used it. Carpets in lounge were very stained in places. Bathrooms were good. But no bathmats. There was plenty of hot water. I would stay again if it was a lot cleaner. And oven and microwave were replaced. For the money paid. I was very disappointment. I feel the owners of the property should check more often on cleanliness and update electric appliances. Location was great!! And size of property was really good. "
"A proper pub, excellent facilities, decent breakfast. Clean and tidy, comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Ideal location for my needs too. Fine pint of Guinness."
