Staff were polite and very welcoming. I stayed on a Sunday and arrived after 18.30. I parked in the Water Gardens which is less then a 5 minute walk and paid 50 pence for overnight parking.

It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel. A friendly welcome when we arrived And the room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable And have to say that the bathroom was outstanding. And will be staying there again soon.

Staff are pleasant. A local racist drunk appear to frequent the hotel and cause harassment. Staff ill-equipped to address drunken behaviour. Limited breakfast options especially for alternative milk and vegetarian/vegans. Local infrastructure work does cause noise but with appropriate times. A fair distance from the station.

The hotel is fine, but lots of work going on in the original bus station.. The only negative was mattress was too soft, and only felt firm because of the wood base. Hot breakfast limited if you don't/can't eat pork sausages and bacon

We stayed at the Harlow holiday in express. The room was perfect, the breakfast was great for free. We had a walk through the town and trip to the Wetherspoon pub and even saw what looked like a recent Banksy near it.
