"Good location"

"This was not the apartment in the pictures and not the one that we thought we were renting. The apartment was not a studio and it definitely was not updated. It was an outdated 1 bedroom apartment with too many issues to list in one review. Some of the issues included broken tiles in the bathroom floor that stabbed you in the foot, scuffed walls with holes in them, paint peeling off the baseboards and the old furniture, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We tried to contact the owner multiple times to be moved to the correct apartment, but they never responded to our messages. "

"Wow, we stayed in the glass house on the 7th floor (superior room) and what an experience. The view was stunning, room spacious with lovely comfy bed. We didn’t use the spa but were able to see it and we will definitely come again to use the spa too, it is not classed as wellness hotel but has so much better spa than any other spa hotel I have seen. Only open few hours in evening though. Breakfast was lovely and the lady at the reception was so helpful. I booked the room last minute as Innsbruck town centre was fully booked and I am pleased it was as no way we would stay in such a lovely hotel otherwise. "

"Sweetest, most accommodating host. Stunning views from every window of the beautiful, cozy chalet! Perfect family room with lots of space for our grand baby to toddle around. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom with great shower!Easy access to Innsbruck."

"Lovely hotel with great restaurant facilities and welcoming and helpful staff. However, as it is located on a main street, it was a bit noisy at times if you had the window open."
