"From what I could see there are only five rooms on the third floor of the building. Most of the building are private offices and apartments I'm guessing. Unless one uses the stairs one must use an ancient elevator that is slow and difficult. The bar downstairs by the same name is not as festive as reported and the basement play area is not always open. The bars down the street are the same. "
