Good for short trips

We had comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent and hotel is in great locations, next to a station. Room and bathroom were clean. Overall with happy, we didn't need anything more.

Good place to stay

I like the hotel. I stayed there before. Good location, a friendly staff, good location, a lot of places to eat around, next to bus stop to Central station. The room was good. Quiet.

Very convenient location in a nice area. The double beds are rather small, and the rooms were tight - but very quiet and totally blackout curtains so it was very easy to sleep. Soaps in the shower were nice, room was a comfy temperature Overall it was fine

We enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was very close to the train stations and lots of great cafes and restaurants around. The room was pretty small and the bathroom was right next to our beds, but other than that it was great.

Convenient for tourist attractions. Clean and plenty of space in our room. However the room became too warm in the mornings. Coffee/tea should be complimentary as in other hotels i stayed this trip. Check in/check out took too long, seemed under staffed.

The room was bigger than I expected, and the location was super handy. I stayed there for the Berlin marathon, and it was easy to hop on public transport since it was right outside. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy enough. But, my room was on the top floor, and the elevator only went to the fifth floor. I had to climb the stairs to get to my room. After running a marathon, that's something I would have preferred to skip. I wasn't told about that beforehand.

Well located 24 main desk Very comfortable beds and clean sheets. Ample and big windows with blackouts We’d love to have have a small fridge and a bigger table TV couldn’t make it start ( they switched the remote but still- not big deal) Only thing washroom had some plastics on the floor from previous guests I guess. No dirty at all but just that. Could had been cleaned more thoroughly but again… not dirty, no stains. Overall a good hotel.

Pillows and beds were very comfortable, room was bigger than expected so perfect for three people. Shower was good and powerful, only issue was the step was very high to get in and out of. I have really bad eye sight and hurt my foot when climbing out the one time. The room was also very warm during our stay, there was no A/C so we asked reception for any fans for the room but unfortunately didn’t have any.

The staff was great! We made same day reservations and the gentleman at the counter got us the last room available that accommodated 4 adults! The property was under construction, so not the cleanest, but understandable. The property itself, is safe- room was clean and spacious. There is a restaurant attached which was delicious- great burgers and Mediterranean! The neighborhood around didn't seem like the greatest but we still walked around and returned safely.

Both the hotel parking spaces were booked, and we arrived quite late and were tired so we struggled to find the third parking space at another hotel. The breakfast was very good for me, just ok for my children since they have cøliaki/are gluten intolerent. It would be nice if there were some glutenfree options for them. The room was ok, the beds were comfortable. Good that the rooms are soundproof, but the doors are not. There was more noice from the hallway on our floor than on the street. Three of the sockets/plugs in our room did not work, so we could not turn on some of the lights. The snacks in the lobby were very expensive. But most of the staff were both friendly and helpful.

Basic hotel, disappointing service.

Upon our arrival we found the large room to be clean and tidy. However the room safe did not work, when we spoke to reception about this we were given a key for safe and assured that someone would look it the following day, A few days after our arrival the main light for the room stopped working as did the TV again we reported this to reception and was assured that the maintenance person would look at this once on shift again. This never happened despite staying in hotel for 7 nights and speaking to 3 different members of reception staff about the issues. Used towels were changed daily, bin was emptied daily, beds were tidied daily, however bedding was never changed during our stay, we expected it to be changed mid way through our stay. Breakfast in the hotel had a good selection of continental items which were frequently refreshed. Breakfast staff were all attentive, clearing dishes and cleaning tables as soon as vacant.

A very pleasant hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and everything I needed was provided. The bed linen was fresh and white. However, I wouldn’t recommend room 001 for light sleepers, as there were rolling-cart noises until midnight - especially noticeable in the bathroom. Early in the morning (around 7AM), the noise started again. Also, for those booking through Expedia: keep in mind that the city tax (Übernachtungssteuer) must be paid separately at the hotel.
