"We loved everything about this property. The staff were all so kind every time we approached them. They never seemed bothered & always seemed sincerely interested in helping you. It’s also very helpful that they spoke English. The property is a bit of a walk, but definitely walkable to old town & the zoo if you have kids. If you prefer not to walk there is always a taxi or Uber sitting in front of the hotel waiting to go. The ride is very short & cheap to old town. You can also find Uber lime scooters out front to rent, too. The resturant inside is great! We had all 3 meals there & food was great for all. Servers were all fantastic, as well. Bottled Water needed in your room…no problem, they will bring it up to you. Need a charger or adapter…no problem, you can get one there, too. ATM in hotel is very convenient. They have everything you need. It’s very safe. You must have a keycard to get in the elevator to any floor beyond the lobby. Parking is available on site for a fee. The pool was great, although not heated, but it is indoors. The room was beautiful. Has alot of charm to it. Some would say it could use some updating, but if you like charm you will love it. We would definitely recommend staying here & will return. "

"We traveled with a group of students and this hotel was very nice - it was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. There was an amazing breakfast - many options and delicious food! The only problem was that it was outside of town a little bit and we had to ride the bus back and forth."

"Excellent apartment hotel with mini kitchen/studio type room. Rather tricky to navigate to as stranger to Heidelberg, lots of one way systems, tram no go areas, road works to negotiate. Once found car park behind hotel, definitely decided not moving til we left! But good bus service -33- into old town and university square areas from stop outside. VERY busy dual carriageway to get across on way back from town, could do with a pedestrian crossing much closer by. Car park and breakfast were pricier than normal additions to the bill, but breakfast very good. Room a decent size, good shower and comfy bed. "

The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had in 4 cities on our trip. The bar staff was also very friendly and accommodating as well. Based on that (unplanned) stay we'll be booking other locations in the future. "
