Our stay was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious, and our room was clean, spacious, and perfect for the four of us. I loved the provided pajamas and slippers—they were such a nice touch. The bathtub was large and relaxing, and I especially enjoyed trying the bathhouse for the first time. The individual stations there made it such a peaceful experience.
We also used the laundry facilities early in the morning, which was very convenient—especially since detergent was already provided. The entire property was clean and well maintained, and the staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful. I’m really glad I decided to rebook for our return trip before heading home!

The staff was so polite and helpful. Felt very secure. Our staff member that welcomed us asked us about our trip and left us a kind personalized message on our second day there wishing good travels to us. Wonderful experience and the rooms with the view were amazing.

This hotel is very convenient since it is very close to the Shinagawa station so we stayed at this hotel several times. But it seems the quality and service of this hotel is declining. This time, the room was not ready till 16:15 for 15:00 check in. And we were told that our check out time is still 11:00, the normal time. Staff were not that friendly as used to, and had less smile.
