"We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. Initially, they gave us a room without a sea view, that we booked and the hotel was empty. Also, provided with an only key/card. The breakfast was outside of hotel in a bar. We had no shampoo or soap in...

This first impression lasted and everyone was really helpful and patient with our lack of Italian language. "Great location, walkable, safe, close to everything. Apartments are very charming, unique just like the owners and family members. Train was 2 hours late. Arrived after 2AM. Owner picked us up at the station. I’m this was a wow moment. Experience it to feel how we felt. Thank you. "
