"There are a couple of areas where this property falls short.
Firstly it advertises parking but there is no parking, you are taking your chances on a very busy downtown street. You get charged another 10 euro a day if you dare to use the air conditioning and it must be in cash. Half a small pottle of yogurt each for breakfast is a touch inadequate. However the rooms are clean, tiny but clean.

"When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . Could nt use the tv, depleted battery controller. I was greeted by a handsome young man who can speak English "

"We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. Initially, they gave us a room without a sea view, that we booked and the hotel was empty. Also, provided with an only key/card. The breakfast was outside of hotel in a bar. We had no shampoo or soap in...

"The staff at Masseria Le Lamie are fantastic. They genuinely want you to have a great holiday and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful time. The pool and lounge area is very relaxing and has olive trees to provide natural shade. The rooms are spotless and the bed is really comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant is also a lovely experience.
You do need a car because Masseria Le Lamie is not within walking distance to the nearest town."

Ho avuto un po di arrabbiatura e diverbio con il proprietario che voleva trovare scusanti

"Abbiamo deciso di sostare due notti agli Agritrulli per fare una esperienza in una abitazione tipica e visitare le località limitrofe. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella Casedda Fichi d'India ma non avevamo capito al momento della prenotazione che era una struttura diversa dai trulli. Forse andrebbe specificato meglio. "We were unable to stay at this property due to an issue with the hot tub so they offered us an alternative accommodation which also had a hot tub. The accommodation was ok, but the hot tub was dirty and when we put the jets on, lots of small black dirt came out so we didn't use it. overall a disappointing experience "
