"High quality room above expectations, cool furniture, everything is clean and tidy. Close to Alharam Alnabawi about 15 minutes walk, the path to masjed is clean and safe. AC and fridge are new and working very good. Very good and fast communications with the host. althoguht the hotel is located on a main road the place was quite and convenient. "I was served by Mazen on the 1st day, the check in time is a bit late at 5pm, we had 3 rooms and he checked us in one 1 room, the other 2 rooms he had upgraded us. On the 2nd day Hanadiy upgraded my 1st room as well. The hotel is in a very good location. What can be improved is the service level, i had paid 400 SAR to extend my check out, but a very rigid policy. the latest time to extend is 6pm, i had asked for 8pm however was rejected even though i offered to pay. other than that no issues, breakfast spread was good."
