"Wonderful experience. "

"Very economical, 1/3 price of what all of the regular branded hotels were charging. If I had to mention anything for improvement, I would get softer mattresses, the one I slept in was quite firm. The sheets and comforter were high quality and comfortable. Wifi was good speed. Parking underground was a lifesaver as the location is impossible to find a spot without the hotel reserved parking underground. The staff were efficient, don’t expect cheerfulness though."

"This place is awful, the rooms in now represent the description in this App, none of staff spoke English, there is zero nearby and the place is really dated and the upkeep very poor. I’d booked here for a month but stayed one night and that was only because I arrived at 05:00am and had no alternative option"

"My room was in on the 4th floor. I heard constant washer pounding every 20 minutes when the washer would go to spin cycle. My room 407 and the room next to me was just under the Laundry room located on the 5th floor. They stock the room with 2 free waters but will not bring more even if you stay more than one night. They told be to buy water in the store. Fair breakfast. Decent location of Olaya street."

"The property is centrally located and it’s under renovation. As long as you stay in the renovated units you will have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers. "

"Only saving grace, room was clean. The property is in terrible shape overall with very basic features. The people at the front desk were nice, but even the basic amenities were missing. Due to the current rush for hotels in Riyadh, these properties are getting a look-in at severely inflated prices. Else it is not even worth 10% of rental they charge."
