"Special thanks to Malak who was real angel and very helpful during check in. Room was specious clean and modern. Bathroom was clean and well kept. Dining in the restaurant the staff was very nice but food quality can be improved. The complimentary shuttle to airport was icing on the cake. Very good choice if you would like to stay near the airport."

"Dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. There are stains everywhere in the carpet and furniture. A light was hanging down by it's own wire. The room had mosquitos, which is fine as a I know it's mosquito season in Jeddah now, but I asked housekeeping to come spray the room, and they didn't. I called a second time and they said they'd come and they still didn't show up. When we arrived at 7pm one of our three rooms wasn't ready. On top of all of that, housekeeping entered both my room and my mothers room, even though we both had the Do Not Disturb sign on. Don't stay here."

"I rented the room which is cheaper than the others on the same area, the room are spacious, clean and quiet, the location In my opinion is the best in Jeddah, It is near the Corniche and also to some of the biggest malls, there are fastfoods like Kudu nearby and you can have many choices along the Falasteen St., which is close to the hotel. I found my stay in the hotel comfortable and all the staff are helpful and friendly. "

"Hotel is OK but staff leave a lot to be desired. I made a simple request to make a change to my booking. The front desk manager said it “shouldn’t be a problem” however his colleagues, notably Marah in reservations seemed to go out of their way to make it a problem. In consequence, I switched to another hotel and shall never return."
