This hotel made my family trip absolutely perfect aH. The staff was incredible especially the supervisior Walid and the kitchen breakfast chefs Mohamad Fawad and Mohammed Abutarik and the cleaning staff on the 22nd floor ! The hotel is beautiful very easy access to Kaba, the rooms are great, the bathroom could use some upgrades but very nice otherwise. This hotel is well worth it and best place to stay.

Most of the time I don’t write nothing about places I stay until I met helpful person. His name is Ziad. He helped me and Make my travel easier with his kindness. The service was good. The food was excellent. The room was a beautiful and I recommend that place to anybody who needs place close to Haram there is one small problem. The bathroom was not easy to unlock. Hopefully they will take care of the problem for the nex guest, who will be in the room

The perfect hotel in Makkah. It’s only a 3-4 minute walk to the closest gate for Umrah and indoor praying. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to Makkah. The staff are great and attentive and are there to help. The room themselves have everything you need for your stay and are clean, and the beds are incredibly comfy after a long day on your feet! The breakfast options are great, and they’ve got a wide variety of options for you. There are two entrances/exits to the hotel, one side you come out onto the road with plenty of shops and food options, with a couple minutes walk into the clock tower. The other side leads you straight into the clock tower!

The staff are very nice, polite, and helpful. I also liked that they hand you your documents or keys with both hands. The cleaning staff, especially Kaleem, was always welcoming us with a smile and asking if we needed anything. The room was clean and had an amazing partial view of the Haram. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of food to choose from.

Hotel is beautiful and staff are very friendly. First two rooms we checked into smelled like smoke despite being non-smoking. Had to wait for new room assignment, causing missed prayers. Access to Haram requires 2 elevators, which is confusing. Buffet had lots of variety. Hotel is impeccably clean.

The washroom exhaust fans are not working, carpets are very dusty, seems like never vacuum before. Kaaba view nice and clear. The room is like dusty when you turn the AC.
