"Our check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but we were not informed until 4:00 PM that the unit’s AC was broken and unavailable. We were asked to delay arrival while a repair was attempted, and ultimately were moved to another unit after the issue could not be fixed. The host did make an effort to accommodate us by providing an alternate unit, adding an extra bed for our third child, and offering to reimburse us for the ice cream we purchased while waiting. That was appreciated. However, the replacement unit did not meet expectations. The primary bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable and had a noisy waterproof cover that made it difficult to sleep. The space also appeared larger in the listing photos than it felt in person. Additionally, a late checkout could not be accommodated, despite the two-hour delay in check-in. While the host attempted to address the situation, the overall experience fell short and we would not return to this property."

"Great place to stay. Right on the beach, literally. Great views from all rooms( except one bedroom) . Two balconies- one in front , larger one off the side, with tables chairs lounger. Private hot tub off of largest bedroom, is modern and well maintained. No closet in this bedroom , but has large dresser. The area is very walkable with gym and grocery store Kitty corner across the street. Dogs are allowed on the beach early morning till noon. This beach is perfect for those who want to avoid crowds on the beach. There are no big resorts with crowds of people, just smaller condos . Can see and walk for miles and not run into a lot of people. The pool was very nice with a few of the beach,. It was the first advertised as heated pool that was actually so warm I could walk right in. . Communication with “ Happy Palm Stays” was excellent. I recommend this condo. "

"Unit was clean and had wonderful ocean views. I was disappointed the washer/dryer specified in property description was not located inside the unit. I was also surprised and not pleased that pesticide was sprayed in my unit while I was out but my dogs were present. I apparently missed this in the check-in instructions. The property owner should not use regular maintenance as an excuse to access my space without my consent during a 3-night stay, especially to spray pesticides when pets are in the unit. Such activities should occur when the space is vacant."

"10/10 highly recommend this house for a large family! We had ages 7 to 78 and it was perfect for everyone. The backyard space is exactly what the pictures promised-clean and warm pool, lots of toys and floaties provided, a Bluetooth speaker in the great porch area. We also appreciated all of the beach chairs, umbrella,sand toys, cooler, and lots of beach towels. All of the amenities provided like coffee,tea, laundry soap,dish soap...we have never had a VRBO provide so much and it was greatly appreciated! Loved the little touches like labeled cabinets in the kitchen,too. The totally fenced in,private yard was so peaceful and only 5 minutes to the beach with easy parking! The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond with communication.We hope to be back next year!"
