"Note to self... parking is across the street, busy A1A. Not very convenient at all. Trek up the steep stairs to cross over A1A with your luggage or play frogger trying to avoid traffic. OR pay for valet or block traffic while unloading luggage in front of the hotel entrance, then drive across the street to park (pull in the fire department entrance) then cross back over. Also, breakfast is NOT included. Usually you have one or the other... but to not have either, oof. Not impressed. You could hear doors and gates slamming all night long. Room and balcony doors didn't shut properly so make sure to double back to be sure you aren't leaving your room open. No hot tub. Beds were comfy as ever tho. Food was delish at the restaurant attached, expensive: 40+ bucks for 9 wings and a ceaser salad (with no protein). Took forever too. Ordered an NA beer when hanging by the pool, only had one option, tho menu said there were two, and it was warm. But atmosphere, right? As a last minute anniversary weekend away, on a holiday weekend nonetheless, there was a room available and we jumped. If given OPTIONS next time, I'd choose somewhere else."

"Excellent location and rooms. Beach access is easy. Wish the beach chairs/umbrella were complimentary for guests, at least for a period of time (say 2h). Some areas are in need of maintenance... partition falling in pool bathroom mens. Elevator to beach OOO. Rinse hose for beach works, but hose is beat-up and in need of replacement. Breakfast is well maintained and the espresso machine is awesome. Overall highly recommended."

"We were so happy with the house. We enjoyed our stay as it was so comfortable, clean and had all that we needed for a multigenerational stay.When we had a small issue the host was very quick to reply and rectify, without any inconvenience to us and our holiday. We would recommend and would be happy to stay in this spacious home again."

"Perfect house for me and my kids for our vacation. It was clean, set up perfectly and an amazing location. I walked to the beach every morning for sunrise, which is literally a straight shot out the front door, less than 1000 steps to sand. The house was very well stocked with pretty much anything a family with small kids would need for a beach trip, as well has just living in the house for a week. The host was great at responding and communicating as well. Will definitely be back."

"This place was really set up for a large family. I initially had 8 people coming and ended up with only 5 total. The benefit? Everyone got their own room and bathroom. The 4 females I had with me loved that concept! Lots of room to spread out. The youngest loved the private pool in back. Having the capability to do laundry onsite was a bonus! The kitchen was stocked with most of the things you needed to prepare your own meals and we cooked all our meals onsite. There is a grill for outside cooking, but you will need to get your own charcoal. I'm not sure why it wasn't a gas grill, but that may be an insurance issue for a rental unit.The host was absolutely 'on it' with communication. They were very proactive and when I had a power failure while we were awayfrom the unit, the internet for the TV's went down. I notified the host and they immediately investigated. I was updated of an outage that Spectrum was working to resolve and had my service returned shortly after. Any question I had though out the week or even prior to my arrival was answered within a few minutes. The AC worked great and everyone was very comfortableThe only issue I had during the week was not having access to the internet through the rentals WiFi. I brought my laptop specifically so I could research local activities and events in the area. I just used my phone instead, but if was not as convenient as a laptop screen compared to my iphone. I did not contact the host for this issue."
