"Room was clean and true to size. The restaurant was under staffed at night and we had an unpleasant experience with the bartender. The beverage manager was extremely apologetic. We did not feel comfortable ordering drinks or eating in the restaurant after being treated poorly by the staff. The landscape needed attention as the property location is beautiful however the Palm trees and planter surrounding the pool area were dead and had not been replaced."

"The Atlantic Inn is the best place to stay on the A1A corridor near Melbourne. For less than $100 per night I had a large room ,king sized bed, good bathroom and hot shower (with good pressure), and privacy. And they don’t charge you to park your own car. And this is a “no frills” motel! I have had less before while staying at the Crown Plaza across the street! The beach access is easy and the restaurants are within 10-minutes walk. The manager was very pleasant and she makes great coffee at 7 AM in the lobby. Now, the rooms are not decorated, and the air conditioner works, but is loud. However, everything is clean and there was a medium sized fridge/freezer that worked great. I will be staying here again since it was so easy and the price is more than fair."

"The location of the property is better than expected. Literally steps from the beach and pool. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Beach towels, chairs, fishing poles, etc. were provided for our use. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we may have needed to prepare meals. We will definitely be staying here on our annual trips to the area."

"Beach access was a 10. Pool was great. Our unit was exactly what we booked. I’ve stayed at several vacation rentals. Usually there are basic kitchen items, probably left from previous guests, but this place didn’t have any of that. Pack your salt and pepper and literally anything you want to cook with. The Cuban restaurant across the street is really good and you can walk there. I would 100% return to this property… with seasonings, lol"

"Condo was clean and well maintained. Easy access to pool and beach. Comfortable for our family of 5. The only thing I'd suggest is a washer and dryer maybe in the garage. Several units were vacated the same day and the cleaning staff was in there all day doing bedding/ towels which I understand but with a large family I try and wash daily with all the towels and wet clothes we accumulate. Garage was super nice to have and we would definitely recommend this property. Peaceful location and very few people to share the beach and pool with. Overall a great experience!"
