"We had the most excellent stay at Bleu Beach resort! We last minute booked a trip to Melbourne and kept remarking how unbelievably lucky we got to stay at Bleu! From our duneside room steps from the beach to the most remarkably clean room- my mom and I had the best girls trip ever! The location is absolutely perfect and havin immediate access to BB’s grill made grabbing a delicious lunch and dinner so easy! The staff here is so accommodating and kind. The room is so clean, the shower was HUGE! In addition to the two queen beds, we had a cute little couch sitting area by the mini fridge and microwave. The heated pool is so nice and was always very relaxed with plenty of chairs to choose from. We had to check out early but had some time to sit by the pool so the staff hooked us up with some more beach towels. We loved talking to Carol the manager, as well as Tracy and Jane at the restaurant! I personally loved how much the staff here advocates for the local wildlife. My mom loved the light continental breakfast provided in the lobby and kept saying it was just what she wanted in breakfast! Make sure to book a dolphin tour with Dolfun Tours and Captain Bob in town while you stay here! Say hi to BB the little kitty cat for me. He frequents the resort to say hello to guests and is just adorable!"

"Breakfast was great and the pool was great. however the hot tub was loaded with children, even though the sign says "No Small Children. "

"Beach wasn't great. Hotel is on an angle so ocean front view wasnt great. Balcony is pretty much useless since it isn't wide enough for a chair."

"Communication was great with answers to my questions quickly. What a nice place for two couples to meet for a vacation. Two bedrooms with their own bathroom with plenty of towels. The bedrooms are far from each other for lots of privacy. Beautifully upgraded kitchen with everything you need for cooking and entertaining with plenty of dishes and plenty of setting with a huge table and counter sitting. Enough parking for two cars in the driveway was a plus! The beach is a few blocks from the place.’Yes beach is walking distance from the house but because of the pedestrian walk you have to walk down the road a bit. There is a nice park you walk through for access to the beach with volleyball nets, a kids park with bathrooms Tons of places nearby if you forgot something or to stock the fridge. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. I would highly recommend this place.Very happy with my decision to rent this place. "

"Element did not disappoint! We were looking for a beachfront property and not only did the beautiful beach impress - just steps from the pool deck, the array of other amenities made this the perfect property for our R&R stay. Breakfast was plentiful - especially stellar was Patty, the weekday breakfast hostess, and daily grill features and a yogurt bar too! The front desk staff, Bryan and Emily, provided lovely ideas for dinner spots and the complimentary shuttle was our chariot to and from dinner (don’t forget to tip Jim! - he is awesome). There needs to be additional servers to handle pool desk patrons and did their best to accommodate all the wonderful orders of food and drink. Also, I believe to Element would benefit from having wristbands for guests, as there were surely people that were not Element guests taking up deck chairs and pool space. The pool deck is lovely and the blue towels are a treat. I wish there were a few more bikes to use - just two on property. Would stay again! "

"Awesome location and great house with well stocked kitchen. Pickleball was fun for all. Nice pool with plenty of sun. Amazing beach with beautiful sand. Close to many activities including surfing, space center, putt putt, go carts many restaurants also close to the grocery store. Enjoyed 2 shuttle launches from the balcony. Dan had great communication and was very helpful. We would definitely return in the future. "

"Dear fellow travelers, believe all the reviews and do not book this home.We are experienced travelers who have been visiting this area for years – all wonderful trips except for this one. From the outset, we were handled as if we were irresponsible spring breakers rather than long-time, respectful travelers. Any and all communication with the owner was dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily combative. What should have been a relaxing month long vacation turned into a frustrating situation we were constantly trying to manage.The pool—one of the main reasons we booked—was never cleaned during our entire 30 day stay, this despite the listing indicating it would be serviced *weekly*. It was full of debris.Access to the property was difficult. We were sent two keypad codes, but only one worked— and then that stopped working 2 days into a 30-day stay. The owner was notified immediately and acknowledged the issue but never fixed it, declaring it “complicated.” (We later discovered previous renters had documented the exact same issue in a review, so this was a known issue.) The lock is an electronic keypad with no keypad buttons (i.e. only a screen). Even with the working code, the keypad screen itself wasbroken and did not light up. Midway through the trip the smoke detector started beeping loudly(likely just needing to be replaced). We notified the host -twice but nothing was done. A safety issue. The house was very clean -thanks to her excellent cleaning people. Don't rent "
