The room initially offered to us was dirty especially the bathroom which should have been classed as unhygienic. The air conditioner broke down twice in 2 days before we were moved to another room. If I ran this hotel, I would be embarrassed by its condition."

"I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired. Ask for iron also takes so long, it seems they only have one item and i should waiting from another guest almost 30mins. However their room really spacious "

"This location was once a Dutch company insurance/finance building. The hotel wing in recent construction build with the opulence of a Dutch colonial hotel. Closely resembles, and reminds us of the Singapore Raffles at the height of popularity...only smaller, with impeccably detailed service.
The breakfast menu covers western and continental tastes, but excells with delights from Indonesia. Outstanding.
Lunch and dinner menus ore more limited, but ample for those retreating. Other Indonesia venues are nearby. Don’t miss the bakery and amazing dark chocolate bars topped with fruit and nuts!
