There was an incident between other guests occur on our floor to the point were police were called. The night managers response when my husband told him what was happening was "what do you want me to do about it, it's a Friday night in Saskatoon". If I was staying at a motel, maybe I'd expect this response.... not at a Sheraton. Super disappointing and scary experience for my family.

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The housekeeping staff was the exact opposite. We were awakened before 8 a.m. by the repeated slamming of doors to other rooms as the staff went in and out. This continued until we checked out.
