Did speak on phone to staff but was not able to resolve. This could have been due to storm. No one ever resupplied our room after first night with coffee, creamer etc. We did go into the common room for more creamer ourselves."

"Loved this unique experience! It did get cold towards the end of our stay, but that's because it was October and we got caught in the rain on a hike. They had tons of blankets and two heaters that helped a lot. If a dryer was available for wet clothes, that would've been outstanding. Also, our hiking guide/bartender, Jeremy, was amazing!! Had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again."
