Staffs, room, and services are great. We enjoyed so much staying in the hotel. Breakfast was good and delicious. We recommend this hotel for everyone who come to Sapporo esp arriving late at night. It is 5 minutes from the exit and it is inside the terminal. Two thumbs up

Buffet breakfast was included - that was a nice surprise. While the selection was not extensive, the food that was served was delicious. The fact that the hotel is at the airport is its biggest plus although it took us a while to find it. It would’ve been nice if there were better signs in the airport directing us to the hotel.

It was very accessible. It is connected to the airport. Very Covenient for those whoe have an early flight. The food was good and the staff were kind and approachable.

I love this place very much , I will surely come back to this place very soon . The only thing that frustrate me at first was the room, not situated where I can see the plane take off and land, that was the reason why I booked this place but anyway , all my frustrations was paid off with all the accessibility and the easiness of everything in this place .

This is one of the best airport hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is located inside New Chitose airport in Sapporo, and is extremely convenient. The rooms are very spacious, with some dated elements, however it was very clean and a reasonable price. You have the option of using the hot springs, which are free, and the hotel breakfast is also free of charge with a decent selection. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

As a single traveller who doesn't sightsee much this location was great. My 6 day stay I would say was not normal due to most guest stays are only 1 or 2 days. Super close to domestic arrivals and departures plus also close to shopping, restaurants and train station. Plus complimentary breakfast.

Location is so convenient being right on top of the domestic terminal. The room was spacious and was ideal for what we needed. Free access to the ofuro in the airport and complimentary breakfast were nice additions.

Absolutely perfect place to stay for my ski trip to Niseko. The property is awesome and staff very professional. Able to get just about anything I wanted in the morning before the bus as the airport has so much available. Will definitely stay again!

Honestly, it’s a place to sleep and that’s about it. The restaurants and shops in the airport begin to close at 8pm. After that, your options for food are limited to instant ramen and pocky. Facilities rating got dinged for the below average breakfast. View of the runways and gates, on the other hand, was a plus.

The Hotel is actually inside the Airport! This makes it very convenient for late or early flights. They also had a wonderful breakfast included with the room. We were only able to get single rooms but that worked out fine.
