"The hotel is conveniently located and very close to the Nakajima Park subway station. The staff were friendly and allowed me to check in early. The room is a good size. I didn't know where the strong bad smell came from along the floor where I stayed during the day. Luckily, the bad smell was gone in the evening."

"Randor hotel heritage was clean, spacious, and close to the train station (~6-7 minutes of walking) Check in was smooth and they kept my luggage when I checked out for over one day upon request, which was nice as I didn’t need to look for external luggage storage services. One thing I would note that there was a communication issue about luggage storage and staff came up in the morning of the check out day to my room thinking that they would pick up the luggage from me directly. While it was a nice gesture, I wasn’t prepared for the unexpected door knocking and I was getting ready. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"The staff were helpful with all of my requests, they understood enough English, so if I got stuck whilst trying to use Japanese they were able to incur my intentions without any real difficulty. A lot of reviews I saw complained expecting that they should know how to speak our language, incorrect. You came to their country, so you either need to learn the language or at least use translator apps. The only real drawback I had was that due to having several large tattoos, I was unable to use the spa areas, however if like me you have large tattoos, there is a very good tattoo-friendly onsen not to far away called Hōheikyō Onsen and they also have a fantastic Indian restaurant inside too."

"Sada & Cosi place was excellent for our one week stay exploring Sapporo and nearby areas.Communication with our hosts before, during and after check out was excellent!The place was truly very spacious, outside of the center of Sapporo providing quiet rest and privacy after daily activities. Tatami room was a big hit with all of the guests, kitchen was well stocked with all of the amenities and large living room was used as a great gathering place, inclusive nice big TV.Shower and Bathroom area were also large and water pressure in the shower was fantastic!The nearby wonderful park was really nice to stroll-around, especially in the early evening - inclusive of seeing a local fox.There were a good number of Food and Restaurant places nearby and of course we had a private space for a large vehicle right at the doorstep!Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and location to enjoy, explore and relax in Sapporo!Thank you for hosting our group,Arigato!- Vlad"
