"Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). "Stayed here for two nights and it was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful hotel grounds, pool, and beach. Beach seemed private which was perfect for when I proposed to my now fiance. Definitely will be coming back, possibly for anniversaries or the wedding ceremony. There is also a great small town to get supplies right across the main road, with a nice churrascaria."
