It’s a huge resort , a bit dated now. All staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very good, lots of options, plentiful fresh. Not much English spoken here. Right on the lovely beach, lots of restaurants close by.

Ótimo atendimento, comida boa e farta, atendimento no check in excelente pelo KLEBER, destaque tb para Tatiany e jeiza, super atenciosas, e cuidadosas com o hóspede. Porém algumas partes do hotel estão um pouco velhas, precisando de manutenção . Uma sugestão : depois que o atendente faz o pedido( no restaurante, ou na piscina ), ao final, seria bom ele trazer a notinha para podermos conferir o que foi gasto naquela ocasião, pois se deixarmos para conferir apenas no check out, nem sempre nos lembramos de td que foi consumido.

Vários pontos positivos. Estrutura e atendimento excelentes. Muitos funcionários à disposição durante toda a estadia. Quarto família bastante espaçoso e confortável. Staff atencioso durante a hospedagem. Alguns pontos negativos: o quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo (tinha bastante mofo na porta do banheiro); no checkout, o consumo não é detalhado e a gente fica sem saber o que consumiu (só havia o valor total de restaurante X), e na hora de lançar o pedido o funcionário não te mostra o que registrou; não há avisos de não fumar perto das áreas de alimentação, como no café da manhã - estava gestante, saindo com meus filhos pequenos do café e tivemos que passar por uma nuvem de fumaça de cigarro logo pela porta do local.

Minha estadia tinha problemas com a tv 📺 que nao funcionava . Equipe da manutençao nao resolveu o problema e o diretor de relaçoes me deslocou para dormir no quarto do lado . Frente a esse caso esse diretor deveria dar up grade de quarto pelo ocorrido

Tivoli nunca mais!

Terrível. Tivolli Praia do Forte nunca mais. A grande sacanagem foi q nos colocaram no quarto mais distante do hotel. Pra ser ter uma ideia, eram quase 700 m de distância do quarto até as piscinas e o refeitório. Tínhamos q caminhar quase 1,5km ir e voltar. E isso nunca foi dito na reserva. Deixam bem claro q os carrinhos elétricos são só para check out de malas. Pra tomar café se faz esse caminho depois voltar pro quarto se arrumar pra curtir a praia e as piscinas depois voltar pra jantar. Um inferno. É surreal! No check in chegamos uma 1h antes, ou seja 14h. A recepcionista pediu pra agilizar a arrumação dos quartos pra antecipar nossa acomodação no quarto, mas pelo contrário, atrasou. Era pra ser 15h entramos 15h30. No 2ºdia a arrumação dos quartos cujo horário limite era 16h só ficou pronto às 16:40. Tivemos q ficar esperando na escada até a menina terminar. Sujos, molhados e cansados. A ducha higiênica ficou vazando e alagando o banheiro por TODOS os dias da hospedagem. Foi solicitado, as camareira viam e ninguém arrumou. Quarto 2021 se querem provas. Tudo é muitooooo caro lá dentro. Já tinha lido sobre mas pude comprovar, Tivolli Praia do Forte tem a pior relação custo benefício.

Lindo lugar

O resort é lindo. Vale a pena conhecer. Falta de atenção e boa vontade de alguns colaboradores. Vimos todos os hóspedes receber drinks de boas vindas, menos nós. A alimentação é boa, mas esperávamos mais, pelo valor cobrado. Refeições extras mega caro, preço Europa. A Copa Baby é incrível, ajuda muito quem Vai com criança. Voltaria com certeza, mas não tão cedo. De modo geral, vale a pena.

Nice resort. Very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful location. Lovely pools and beach area. Gym needs a major improvement , the equipment is extremely old and a bit gross, I’m sorry to say!
