Simple farm, but clean and organized, the right place for your rest and leisure.

2 bedroom house with 4 bunk beds, 2 double bed, living room with 1 bi bed, 5 sofa beds, tv, 1 normal sofa, 2 bathrooms with hot shower.
full kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and household items, play area with bathroom with shower, internal bathroom with shower, 2 refrigerators with freezer, barbecue, wood burning stove, games room with pool and foosball table and card, swimming pool 10x5, with waterfall and hydro, parking for 10 cars, soccer field, playground for children up to 10 years, all surrounded by nature.
The house is delivered all clean, mattresses all lined and clean.
We have limits on sound.

Casa impecável

Casa limpa, organizada e bem equipada. Piscina gigante e sempre limpa. Carlos sempre muito solicito e atencioso! O acesso é facil mas o 3G não pega na região e o Waze não dá a localização muito precisa. Então peça a localização e foto da fachada para os proprietários Carlos e a Vera que eles lhe darão todo suporte para chegar com tranquilidade!

Apaixonante

Muito gostoso, churrasqueira e sala de jogos tudo próximo à piscina, que aliás muito limpa a piscina, tem tudo na casa. Dona Vera e esposo muito solícitos, nos deixou muito à vontade, uns amores, os caseiros muito bons, dona Teresa muito boazinha e simpática na hora de entregar a casa, volto de novo com certeza.

estivemo no imóvel no inicio de janeiro de 2018, o local e maravilhoso, a casa super bem equipada e super limpa, ótimas acomodações, sem dizer da dona Vera e do Sr Carlos, muito simpáticos e atenciosos, os caseiros tb ... ficamos muito satisfeitos com tudo, a sala maravilhosa, com ótimos sofás cama , a cozinha na parte externa, foi ótima ideia, a piscina linda, minha filha amou a casinha de bonecas...fizemos caminhada e a paisagem e linda ...enfim tudo maravilhoso, voltaremos com certeza. Super recomendo.

Tranquilidade e Diversão.

Boa tarde, passamos um FDS maravilhoso nesta chácara, minha família saiu muito satisfeita do ambiente, a Dona Vera muito atenciosa durante as negociações, os caseiros prestativos durante a estadia e o Senhor Carlos muito gentil quando esteve no local. A piscina é muito boa, a ideia de uma segunda cozinha na parte de fora ficou 10. Voltaremos mais vezes, até breve.

Estivemos no final de semana do dia 18 a 20/09/2015. O local é exatamente como demonstrado nas fotos, com muitas acomodações e cozinha equipada. Recebemos o imóvel limpo e organizado. Os proprietários deu-nos toda atenção desde a negociação até o momento da devolução. A piscina é sensacional e ainda tem uma cascata. Aproveitamos tudo o que o local oferece: área da churrasqueira, sala de jogos, campo de futebol, parquinho para crianças... Vale a pena conferir!!!

Eu, minha família e a família do meu esposo passamos o ano novo nesta linda chácara, 5 dias. Posso falar que eu tiro o chapéu para a Dona Vera e o Sr. Carlos, a chácara é muito linda, muito limpa, ampla, espaçosa, dentro da casa é muito fresquinho, não tem borrachudo dentro de casa, muito confortável, a piscina é muito grande, e ainda tem uma cascata. A Cozinha tem todos os utensílios que precisamos, formas, caixa de isopor termica, talheres, pratos, copos, eletrodomésticos, não precisei me preocupar com nada. Ficávamos quase todos os dias até as 02:00 da manhã dentro da piscina. kkkk . Área da churrasqueira é bem grande, de frente para a piscina e também ao lado da sala de jogos. Simplesmente amamos, não queríamos ir mais embora. A Chácara fica em um ótimo acesso, e é bem pertinho do centro de Guararema, apenas uns 6 KM. Dona Vera, e Sr. Carlos, muito obrigada pela atenção. CHACARA INCRIVEL, AMAMOS!

O local é de fácil acesso, a casa é ótima possui uma acomodação excelente. Na cozinha você encontra todos os utensílios necessários, inclusive panelas grandes o que é muito importante. Já aluguei duas vezes e farei futuras locações com certeza. Eu indico. :)
