"Breakfast buffet look but the cappuccino from the machine came it sweet. Also the shuttle pickup was every hour only which was not useful. If you have difficulty walking long distances, the shuttle drop off location was far from the terminal."

"Breakfast was not fresh and everything was cold. The airport shuttle is easy to find the location but it took more than an hour for someone to pick up. Driver was reckless and very rude."

"External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost."

"Being a fourth-time returning guest usually earns you a bit of "VIP" treatment, or at the very least, some basic recognition. To be met with a wall of "no" regarding timing and a management team that seems to be playing hide-and-seek is a major service failure. They have zero flexibility with early check in and late check out."
