Pros: Staff was very helpful. Air conditioning works. Cons: The sinks were made of IKEA furniture. The pictures online look amazing but once you’re physically in there, you’ll notice a myriad of small issues that contribute to an overall meh experience. I will say, however, that it’s in an incredible location. Easily walkable to all sorts of places nearby with zero issues in terms of safety or distance. Also, no amenities. If you want to wash your clothes, do it at the mall. 5 min walk. All in all, not a great place, but the walkability of everything is pretty spectacular. Guess that’s why it’s called Apê.

You definitely get what you pay for here. The photos in the listing are quite misleading—what looks like a bright, spotless property in the pictures is, in reality, a 3-star experience at best. The location is excellent, and the check-in staff was fast and efficient, but that’s where the positives end. The building is old and poorly maintained. The studio is a decent size, and the bed was comfortable, but the amenities are lacking, and the towels and linens were subpar. The bathroom was tiny, run-down, and noisy, adding to the overall disappointment. There’s a convenient store downstairs, which is a plus, but be aware that the actual condition of the property doesn't match the polished, filtered images online. For the price I paid, I didn’t expect luxury, but I do think the photos should more accurately represent the property’s current state.

Estadia perfeita

Minha experiência foi bem agradável, o apê tem diversos recursos que ajudam na estadia como locker para bagagem e mercadinho. Fui bem recebido e consegui check in antecipado na recepção. Localização é muito boa, bem próximo da Avenida Paulista cheia de pontos turísticos e museus, me senti seguro o suficiente para andar até a noite por conta do policiamento na área. O Studio estava limpo e organizado quando cheguei.

Acho q os travesseiros poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. Tb seria bom colocar uma saboneteira ao lado da pia do banheiro, pois no meu qto não tinha onde colocá-lo após o uso. Tb um gancho pra toalha de rosto ao lado da pia...só esse pequen os detalhes, no mais, tudo ótimo!

O atendimento melhorou muito. A rapidez com que atendem nossas solicitações faz diferenca. Já me hospedei .várias vezes e notei que a limpeza tambem melhorou. Só acho que o ape devia dar um cupom de desconto que funcionasse para hóspedes frequentes. A localização é excelente.

Boa localização, péssima limpeza.

O apartamento é muito pequeno, a limpeza é péssima (as fronhas estavam sujas, as paredes também) e o quarto tem um cheiro meio ruim. A cama é muuuito dura, mas a localização é ótima.

Habitaciones pequeñas, pero funcionales

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, a unos 50 metros de la estación Paulista Pernambucanas del metro y a 100 de la avenida Paulista. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero funcionales. Disponen de los servicios esenciales, incluida una pequeña cocina. Solo dos oportunidades de mejora: envían un mensaje para el check in que remite a una página web que, en mi caso, se bloqueó. Intenté comunicarme antes de mi llegada pero nadie respondió. Eso puede generar angustia cuando, como fue mi caso, llegué en la madrugada. Lo otro tiene que ver con el baño: suele salirse el agua de la ducha y, al no tener el servicio de limpieza diaria, genera un charco que no se seca. Deberían dejar algún trapeador/fregona/lampazo para ayudar a los huéspedes a conservar un espacio seco en el baño. No se incluye desayuno.
