It is a good and safe place to stay, the people at reception is really friendly and helpful 24/7. However the room condition is a bit old, we couldn’t open the windows and the TV was old and did not work well. Out of the the neighborhood is amazing, such good location close to a big Shopping and the awesome Av. paulista.

Very cheap rate in the heart of the city for a modern apartment with two bedrooms, comfty beds. Ape apartments are very clean and have a 24hr self service shop in the foyer stocked with beers, wines, soft drinks and snacks. Five stars

Cai fora enquanto da tempo!

As fotos que constam no site são bem diferentes da realidade encontrada. E um prédio velho com uma maquiagem. O aquecedor não deu conta de aquecer o quarto, a água do chuveiro era morna e não tinha pressão, o banheiro estava sujo e bem desgastado… terrível! Além disso, todos os elevadores tiveram problemas. Tive que usar o elevador completamente no escuro. Fora que é super barulhento. Da pra escutar tudo dos outros quartos e o barulho da avenida paulista é alto!

O Apê era ótimo, bem organizado e tudo novinho. Entretanto, o banheiro tinha um escoamento péssimo, toda vez para tomar banho o box virava uma piscina e molhava o banheiro todo. A mesma coisa com a pia do banheiro, toda vez para escovar os dentes virava uma piscina e a água não descia.

Não pretendo retornar.

A maior vantagem é a localização, no início da Av. Paulista, e tem um "mercadinho" 24h para emergências bom, mas tem sérios problemas (para mim): colchão desconfortável, o quarto e o banheiro são minúsculos, o chuveiro é péssimo, não tem sequer ducha higiênica. A comunicação com a portaria é presencial ou whatsapp (não tem interfone). Finalmente, há melhores opções custo x benefício próximas a ele.

Estadia boa, localização excelente px ao shopping Pátio Paulista, da estação de Metrô Brigadeiro e restaurantes. Por ser um apto compacto e como sugestão seria interessante que colocassem suporte para pendurar roupa e outros itens no quarto e principalmente no banheiro.

Algumas melhorias

Otima Localização, tudo muito limpo,mais no banheiro timha um vazamento em baixo do box onde o pano dos pes ficava muito molhado. Tem um pou de barulho pelas paredes serem muito fina,em questão da Internet o hotel tem que melhorar muito tosos os dias hospedado a Internet nao funcionou. Fora isso voltarei com toda certeza.
