"Tudo muito bom, os atendentes são ótimos, café da manhã muito bom, quarto limpo e espaçoso, apesar de ficarmos no 3° andar, não tivemos problemas. A pia do banheiro do nosso quarto estava entupida, falamos com a equipe e logo arrumaram. No check-out saímos antes das 6h da manhã e o café da manhã já estava pronto, a cozinheira fez questão que tomássemos café antes de sair, mesmo fora do horário. Super indico o hotel. "

"O hotel tem um café da manhã bem ok. O quarto é espaçoso, mas apresenta já uma necessidade de reforma. o que mais precisa de atenção, a meu ver, é o atendimento ao hóspede. Pessoal da recepção é pouco prestativo, seco, e não reúne as habilidades mínimas para a recepção para hotéis de qualidade. Destaco a localização do hotel,.bem central."

"The Hostel Casa do Rogério in Caxias do Sul was a fantastic find! The hostel had a really welcoming and friendly atmosphere, making it easy to meet other travelers. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the good communal kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was also super convenient for me. The staff was an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable host, always ready with recommendations and a friendly chat. I highly recommend Casa do Rogério for anyone...
