Uma enganação do início ao fim! Reservamos esta acomodação porque o anúncio informava “luxo com cama king size”. Para evitar surpresas, confirmei essa informação tanto pelo Hotels.com quanto pelo WhatsApp. Em ambos os canais me garantiram que o quarto tinha cama king size. Ao chegar, descobrimos que o hotel não possui nenhum quarto com cama king size. Na recepção, a justificativa foi: “Devem ter se confundido porque é o que está no site”. Se sabem que está errado, por que continuam anunciando assim? Após muita insistência, trouxeram uma cama extra improvisada, com suportes metálicos por cima do colchão. No dia seguinte, colocamos o aviso de “Não Perturbe” e ainda avisei a encarregada. Mesmo assim, entraram no quarto. Arrumaram apenas a cama de casal, não recolheram os lixos e deixaram a cama extra como estava. Ao comunicar a recepção, disseram que não arrumam camas com pertences dos hóspedes, embora tenham mexido justamente na cama que tinha nossos objetos, inclusive os pijamas do meu filho jogaram numa cadeira suja! Também informaram que o café era servido das 6h30 às 10h30, mas não avisaram que, durante a semana, o horário correto é das 6h às 10h. Resultado: ficamos sem café da manhã no último dia. Para completar, o quarto tinha infiltrações, chão sujo, o secador não funcionava e o black-out passa luz! Pedi para falar com o gerente, mas ninguém sequer pediu desculpas. Experiência péssima. Não recomendo.
