"The area is nice spot , but I rent with 6 bed , 2 washroom, o got other apartment with 5 bed and 1 washroom, for groups was not convenience . We was supose to have basic stuff , as paper toilet , shampoo , thing for kitchen was no the case . Blanket was dirt we need to was when we arrive almost everything , the bed matresse are really hold . I need to have someone sleep on the coutch at 30 degree no AC , and fight all night for have extra bed sheet for the living room . The pot for cook was...

"The apartment is as pictured and was right at the beach. I loved waking up to the views and being able to walk to the beach right from the back gate of the apartment building. I felt pretty safe and close to all the action. Host was super friendly and commutative. I made a mistake during my booking and selected the wrong checkout. he was gracious enough to let me overstay my booking. Internet was also great and I was able to work from there. My only complaint is the lack of elevator, which was...

"Needs some upgrade to kitchen appliances., toilets.. only one bedroom with AC , the other bedroom a fan( it was hot).. Pool a little too far (we never used it).Gilbert is an excellent host.. He was available all the time..neighborhood very quiet, project has security 24/7 at the entrance.. I recommend this place."

"Peor experiencia!! Terminé cancelando y yendo a otro hotel. El staff fue muy amable y responsivo en todo momento. La comida (aunque limitada) muy buen sabor. Nos cambiaron 2 veces de habitación y querian hacerlo una tercera vez pero decidí irme. Puertas dañadas que no cerraban, hongo en la cama de la 2da habitación, todo se escuchaba, sin agua caliente para ducharse y un largo etc. Tienen que darle un update urgentemente a la habitaciones. Olor a humedad terrible. La realidad es que NO lo recomiendo nisiquiera por el costo."
