This hotel was a bit out of the way. It’s about a 20 walk to the nearest mall (where I took the hop on/hop off bus. But I walked around the the nearby restaurants by myself (female) and never once felt unsafe. The staff were really great and the room was really clean and comfortable. Totally recommend if you don’t mind being away from the action.

Thank you for the comfortable stay
Great location. Within close walking proximity to malls. Long walk to Centro, but has nice views along the way. The staff this morning was so extra helpful. I dont have the Uber App. But one of the staff found a way to Uber me to the airport in time. Top notch customer sevice!

The staff is very friendly and helpfu, recommeding and explaining the attractions, ATM, public transportions, and supermarkets. Let me stay till 2 pm without additional charge since my flight was departuring at night.

Time to refurbish !
The rooms were for sure not luxurious when this hotel opened a few years ago… but they were probably meeting the quality requirements of Novotel, a 4 stars cost effective brand (with quite basic standards). Nevertheless, I am afraid not any refurbishment has been carried out since then and until the rooms are not renewed, guests will still be disappointed by their experience, below the legitimate expectations they could have

Nice Hotel with a Great Staff
It is a really nice hotel in a good part of town. It is a bit quiet but very safe and you can walk to many things. The staff had a great attitude and very committed to serving their guests.

Great location, super good breakfast and breakfast timings. Room configuration with toilette separate was a bit rare but ok. One can not change money at the front desk which made it difficult to have local currency upon arrival.

Very old hotel
Very old hotel. Hallway carpets are very old and needs changing. The room was big but very old. The bathroom was cramped, difficult to take shower due to glass partition. We had a flight issue and had to stay here for one night. Lobby and breakfast area is newish. Location near the bus to metro.

First time at this hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice property and good selection of breakfast items. Especially liked the lobby area and the abundance of indoor and outdoor seating areas for meetings, eating or drinking. Highly recommend this hotel. Very good WiFi. Good value overall.

Good deal
As Chilean that lives abroad I stayed in this hotel when needed. It's a good deal considering accommodations, location and price. You have supermarkets and restaurants at working distance. Have in mind that it is located in a street that at rush hour gets really bad on traffic.

Great location
It was a great location and it was my first time staying at the hotel. Reception staff are impressive, very helpful and very good English. Rooms are dated and the toilet is separate, which is a bit strange. Apart from that, good breakfast and I would stay again........

No laundry on sunday
Overall it was good. It was a sunday, I needed to do the laundry and they did not have service on sundays, I had to wait until monday.
