Graeme is a fantastic host, super emphathetic as I checked in for visiting relative in hospital nearby Property is 5 min max from Waikato hospital, clean and neat and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay be it short or longer term

Was greeted warmly on arrival and shown to my room. Lovely and clean with nice decor and quiet. Great place to stay prior to having surgery.

We had a great stay. We were in Hamilton for a couple of nights for the Kirikiriroa marathon which was conveniently walking distance from the start line. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful
