Hotel Praza Quintana

"a small neat and clean room with queen bed, very great location just some 100+ m or 350+ feet to the entrance of the Santiago catedra, just turn left from the entrance foor and walk there, and some 6-7 minutes to food stores, there are also BK, Taco Bell, and KFC in a row.. At the time we stayed Wednesday, it is quiet, no crowd or street noise. Our taxi from the train station (no Uber or Lyft at the time, need to wait in TAXI area in the station) stopped by at the hotel going thru cobbled stone pedestrian streets. When we returned, the taxi picked us up at a meeting point in the catedral plaza, the driver could not go thru the streets. We just walked some 4 minutes."

"It was nice and clean . I have a lingering suspicion that those that answer the messages ( text, messenger, what’s app..etc) don’t relay the information to front end staff and communication is muddled. For instance their description says shuttle from airport. I’m guessing it had a different meaning in Spain.. that’s fine . They did have a taxi ready for me. Also had to send me a code as my plane arrived after 10 pm. Again the code was not as sent and actually passersby suggested adding an hashtag.. voila that worked.. thankfully 😅 Another reason I chose them by their description was because they said they stored luggage. Well according to front end they only store small luggage. Eventually they are storing it but after uncomfortable back and forth. I’ve booked with them again( if for nothing else to pick up luggage) . It is clean and it is in a very central area but just had unnecessary bother by miscommunications."
