Excellent hotel, staff, and dining. Just spent a week in Rome at a competitor hotel and it didn't begin to compare with Eurostars Gran Hotel Santiago. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day booking.

Home away from home.

I liked staying at the EuroStars Grand Hotel. It is definitely a four star, could be a five. The staff is courteous, happy, and very professional. I certainly highly recommend this place and will be included in my memoirs.

Needs renovation and update

It used to be a very nice hotel nut like anything else, hotels need to tay up to date, modernise their services. Nothing was in the room when checked in, no water bottle, no tea or coffee (these are basics and expected to be there in a 4 star hotel not be available upon request! Walls are tiny paper wall, you can hear people in the next room veey well with all details! Breakfast service, and staff were great.

need urgently new renovation

The hotel needs a complete new renovation, no kettler in room, no even instant coffee, as you can see the sofa in a real extreme poor condition. Not enough water coming from the shower... Absolutely no recommendation!
