"Took a while to check in due to waiting for assistance, but everyone was pleasant, the place was super clean, the view was perfect.The host was super easy to get in touch with. The hotel and restaurant very clean, my family enjoy the little time we stayed, we only used it to sleep but getting around the area was super easy and 10 quetzales per person in tuk tuk. "

"It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive."
