Not what the picture promises

Do not know where to start. WE PREPAID when we registered, but the owner said we needed to make another full. There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available. The couch is a very very old futon that looks like it has been picked off the street. The front door knob came off the second time we used it (it was loose and was about to fall off when we arrived). The owner tried to make us pay for the repairs. Do not use this property.
