"El lugar es amplio y muy seguro. Las personas que atienden el lugar son amistosas irrespetuosas. La recámaras y los baños muy limpios. No sé si es por la localidad del cuarto que nos tocó, pero por su cercanía al anillo periférico hace muy difícil dormir porque el ruido De los automóviles, camiones y camionetas es demasiado. También, hay que dar muchas vueltas para llegar al lugar."

"Amazingly beautiful view! Great amenities, and well-located. What to do with garbage was confusing though (throw organics off balcony and leave the rest is what we did). Asked the caretaker for a broom when it became clear that no one was cleaning during our stay, but never received one."

"We found out last minute that Expedia had overbooked the property so we were left without accommodations for multiple hours on each day. Luxury Atitlan did its ultimate best to accommodate our stay. We would love to hear back from Expedia as we were forced to move on four separate occasions. One particular night was completely off-site and was not comparable to what the nightly cost was. "

"It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive."
