Villa del Salto Uceda, in the resort of Cala Santanyí, is situated in an exclusive residential area only 300 metres from the sea and can accommodate 8 people. Spread over 4 floors, this fully air-conditioned holiday home with sunlit rooms and extraordinary architecture has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 on the top floor, 1 in the bottom floor and another one in the pool area), a spacious living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a playroom with a pool table a table tennis table and table soccer. The high-quality amenities of the family-friendly villa include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Parking spaces are available on the street. The breathtaking view of the bay from the balcony and the sun terrace completes this stunning house. In the outdoor area, a pool, a barbecue and a covered terrace with garden furniture are at your disposal for relaxing holidays. The pool is automated with an electrolysis system. It has a jacuzzi with bubbles (not heated). In the immediate vicinity, there are climbing areas, in Cala Santanyí there is a diving centre and in Cala Figuera there is a boat tour agency. Cala Santanyí is 10 minutes on foot away, while Cala Figuera is 15 minutes on foot. It is possible to go by car as well

Fantastische Lage, tolles Schwimmbad/Whirlpool, Traumhaft!!

Pros: Das ganze Haus auf 4 Etagen, mit den tollen grosszügigen Zimmern, dem Pool und der fantastischen Aussicht. Alles hat und wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Einfach ein Traum. Ein wahrlich richtiger Ort für die Hochzeitsreise und Hochzeitsfeier! Cons: Da gab es nichts! Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Es war eine perfekte Unterkunft, und der Gastgeber hat sich zusätzlich mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Toller Service!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus, freundlicher Vermieter

Pros: Wir waren 7 Freunde in der Villa und waren rundum zufrieden. In der Villa fehlte es an Nichts, alles war sehr sauber und sowohl innen als auch aussen sehr gepflegt. Die Garage mit Billard, Ping-Pong und weiteren Unterhaltungen war eine tolle Ergänzung zum Ganzen. Wir würden sofort wieder die Villa Salto buchen.

Absolute Empfehlung für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Pros: Super schönes, toll ausgestattetes Haus. Wir waren mit 7 Freunden dort, fussläufig kann man auch gut essen gehen. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Das Haus war sehr sauber, also alles rundherum gelungen. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Cons: Nichts!
