"We have been coming to the Destin area for over 20 years. This condo and the complex were fantastic. Very quite and peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of Destin and Miramar Beach. The prices were even better than in the Destin area. Great pools (4) and hottubs (2) too."

"This was the perfect place to spend a romantic anniversary trip. The house is spotless, beautiful furnishings and great kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We loved the back patio with grill and outdoor seating. We used what looked like a brand new golf cart to drive to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Everything is close to this house in a quiet, gated community. We are booking again next year."

"Our entire group really enjoyed this beautiful condo and location in Blue Mountain Beach right off the 30a. The location was perfect to go to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. There is a new shuttle service in Grayton which we drove to and parked our two cars. It was so nice because we didn't have to look for a parking spot at the local beaches. It dropped us off right at the beach and picked us up😀 I do recommend getting to the beaches early as they do tend to get crowded during the busy seasons. We love Mimmos and were happy it was literally outside the gated community. The neighborhood was peaceful and very family friendly. The place was spotless which is important to us and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this condo and we look forward to going back."

"This is an excellent place to stay if you want easy beach access and a beach front view at all times! This place is clean, reasonably prices and convenient to local restaurants without fighting traffic. I will be a repeat client! Plus no children or teenagers! "

"We stayed at this property for 3 nights and had a great experience. The property was well-maintained, clean and comfortable. I would definitely book again.I also didn't realize just how close we were to Mimmo's restaurant, a coffee shop, and a few other shops. You don't even need to leave the neighborhood which was really nice. It would be probably a 5 min walk. Loved it!"
